Offerings
Psychotherapy
Either in person or virtually, I will meet with you for a 55 minute talk therapy session. Our sessions are your time to seek support in what you are holding. I am curious, warm, and engaging and hope to co-create a sense of safety in self exploration.
My rate is $150 per hour out of pocket. I accept Molina, Premera, Regence and Kaiser insurance plans. I offer sliding scale at the rate of $85-110 per session, but sliding scale slots are limited at this time. I offer in person sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am prioritizing in person sessions at this time!
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Many people turn to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) after other treatments haven't brought the relief they were hoping for. In collaboration with Journey Clinical, I offer KAP to individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, and complex trauma. Before beginning treatment, you'll have a separate medical evaluation to ensure ketamine is a safe and appropriate option for you. From there, we'll work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
KAP is a multi-session process that begins with at least one preparatory session. This time is used to establish comfort and safety, clarify your intentions, and begin building a strong therapeutic connection. You and the medical provider will determine the right dosage and number of medicine sessions for you. I will be present with you throughout your dosing sessions, which are three hours long and take place in a specially designed treatment space. I’ll provide eyeshades, pillows, blankets, and curated music to support your journey. After each dosing session, we’ll meet again for an "integration" session to help process and support the insights and healing that emerge.
Throughout this process, my priority is to help you feel safe, grounded, and supported. I work from a relational and feminist framework, with a strong social justice perspective. My approach often integrates mindfulness and compassion to support deeper understanding and integration. I completed my certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Journey Clinical.
While insurance often covers the preparatory and integration therapy sessions, the medicine sessions themselves are not currently covered. I'm happy to go over this and any other questions you may have during a consultation call.
Let’s work together.
